I would guess the budget would be around $800

I bought a prebuilt computer and added a graphics card/psu and now it's basically a gaming computer.
cost around $800 too.

It's probably really mediocre.

I'm also looking for a nice pre-built computer. But specs would be okay too I just prefer pre-built.

his computer specs are amazing and its only about $500 so you could really upgrade some stuff

lmao you call that amazing?

edit: I came up with this build if you want to buy parts (better than a large percentage of $800 prebuilts)

i5-2400, GTX 650 Ti, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 7 Home, 700W modular power supply
comes to $720 before rebates, $680 after rebates.

Add on $100 for a case (because that's really your personal preference) and you're right around your budget.

I'm not sure he's gonna need that much space.

woops. nice catch.

I'm not sure he's gonna need that much space.
At first I was like "what, that's a perfectly reasonable capacity" but then I just went "oh"
