Author Topic: Am I the only one here who loving hates T+T?  (Read 5960 times)

I really like the T+T model style but I kind of agree on the damage side of things. It feels.. cheap. Maybe the projectiles are too slow?

I'm positive the damage is low for gameplay reasons. In other games it actually takes quite a few shots from a weapon to kill someone, whereas in Blockland the default Gun and some other gun packs have a really high damage count and you can kill someone within three to four shots. T+T handles this perfectly where the guns are strong enough to kill someone or set them up for a flank - and not super strong where they might as well be a one-hit-kill weapon, but not weak enough to be a waste of time if you have even the weakest weapon.

i love T+T but ive been using blockombat more often because its weapons are a bit more dangerous and allow for you to get multi-kills without having to switch to a different weapon most of the time
just faster killing overall and i like the style a bit more

Ah now I remember why I didn't like T+T so much. All the weapons feel like they're the same.

Gun logic:
Pistol - nerfed to hell
Smg - nerfed
Rifle - nerfed
Assault rifle - semi-op
Sniper -  .90 cal mega cannon headshot inducing magnum blaster 5000

I hate every raycast sniper weapon ever made ever since the Frogger3140 fiasco.

What's this? I've never heard of anything about Frogger.

Then again I am quite behind on stuff that happens.

I don't know about you guys but there was a certain time period a couple months ago when I was really bored of T+T, and to be honest I think it was because I loving sucked at it.
Now with the new model update and whatever else Bushido's done (Not really paying attention, but the models did strike me) I really prefer the sniper rifles in the pack, because I'm one of those people who hate CQC. T+T is meant to be generic, as said before. You are the one who's supposed to decide which role you want to take, whether its over watch or sniper or assault or whatever. I'm a big fan of T+T, I find it well balanced and easy to use.

the SMG and sport rifle kill in less than a second and a half and are both tier 1

the assault rifle is actually sort of UP but it's versatile so that's OK, since it's not severely outclassed
(the pistol follows a similar pattern but is weaker cause tier 1)

the sniper rifle is only so effective cause it's designed to be utterly unforgiving at anything but long range, causing players to tend toward ranges at which the enemy is less likely to hit them (but typically making it relatively easy for the enemy to evade the sniper as well)

I hate how the assault rifles have such piss-poor accuracy at close ranges, I hate them with a passion

what

you consistently hit the thing you're shooting at up to mid-long range

Single word letter symbol post.
BNA!

Also, I especially and most for all don't like how it's the leading addon. Sure, that's not a bad thing by itself. But what I mean is that there is no diversity.

the weapons are a jump-off point designed to get people making dms

the dms are supposed to be the constantly-different aspect: the weapons are intended to be everymanny and easy to use so the player will always be able to fall back on the skillset he's learned to use even if he doesn't actually know the map (while also proceeding to learn the map)

What's this? I've never heard of anything about Frogger.

>search for frogger3140 on the drama board
>eat popcorn and enjoy what happened during my first outburst

I prefer T+T over any other pack because the style and mechanics are stylized in a generic way.
They can easily fit in all kinds of builds, servers and gamemodes.

the original t+t was the good, version the version 2 is bleh

I like T+T2 better than T+T

I like T+T because it doesn't have any handicapped gimmicks. It's not based off of battlefield 9: modern halo of duty and it doesn't have hands

it's just a gun pack and that all it needs to be

I really like how they look like toys because of the large shape and blocky design.
