Author Topic: I have a problem  (Read 889 times)

I always seem to just buy games cuz they look semi-interesting or are on sale. The summer sale i like broke down and had to restrain myself.
In the past month alone I've bought 9 games. I've only played like 20 hours in total for like 250 dollars spent.
Let's discuss my troubles, and try to think of games that are worth getting.

Just look at gameplay videos and player reviews, that always helps me.

I think I've spent about ~300 euros for ALL the games I own and I barely got anything gifted

Bought all but about 6 of them myself, all but a few of them were bought quite a while after they were released, I always wait a while to see what the general consensus is

In the past 5 years, I have spent less than 100 dollars on games.

this means you have never bought more than one triple A title during the first two months of release.

I don't buy anything.
I've bought two blockland keys and a few Riot points, then maybe a lego game or two further back.

What do you guys do besides game?

I got the same problem I've bought some $40-$60 games that I only played for like 5 minutes and just decided forget it didn't even give it a fair chance. Recent example is Torchlight 2 although it was only $20 I played it for like 10 minutes got only to like the 3rd map and just logged off and never played again. Now that I live alone I limit myself to $60 or so a month on games maximum but sometimes I even break that out of impulse.

you know if you wanted to spend some of that money on me....
(ps  redgaijin is my steam hmu with some games anytime)
