Brick Duplication!

Following a suggestion by Ladios to make a tool that could duplicate all bricks that are build upon a particular brick, I made the Duplicator.  It's not full featured yet, but the results so far have been pretty amazing.

How much lag do you get when moving large duplicated builds? I remember Bleh7777's "Editor Drill" function where you could place large premade builds anywhere, but while moving them there was huge lag and delays...

Well, I'm sure you won't 'move' the build.  You'll just plant the base brick where you want it and spawn the build at that point.

Awesome if this works then you can easily move a build its like ew that can move whole builds.

the reason i came up with this idea was i was thingking about making a little suburbian city, and wanted to have lots of houses but didnt want to macro 50 brick builds, i thought of thsi as a solution to the problem

I hopefully I'll have a video of basic brick duplication (e.g. no items, emitters, lights, shapefx, etc) sometime this weekend.  I'll be adding all the other things, so don't worry, but I want to make sure that brick / saving and duplication is just right before I add them.

Alrighty, here's demo 2.

It shows me using the wrench on a 16x16 baseplate with 64 2x2 plates on it.  Then I enter in the command to save the bricks.  I place a temp brick of the 16x16 baseplate and enter the command to load the bricks.  Voila!
