And that's only the basics.
If you wanna go full out cosplay, you gotta be ready to start spending some big moneys.

You don't need fancy LED's and such to make a good costume.

You don't need fancy LED's and such to make a good costume.
and even then you can buy them real cheap at a local hardware store.

You don't need fancy LED's and such to make a good costume.
unless your isaac clarke.

moppy doesnt understand DIY.....

that's the entire point of cosplaying

Shame there (probably) aren't any good cosplaying cons in the UK.

The costumes are neat, but I would never cosplay and this does not sway my opinion.
I don't have the time to dump a month onto a well made costume, I'd look like a fool trying.

This topic is poorly named.

Its stupid to want to do something because you see other people who are good at doing it.

That's like watching someone play a sport and saying that's a reason to play the sport.
Yeah, that's usually how humans work.

Cosplaying is a great thing.
Until you see fat people with hairy legs and armpits dressing up as every character that fat people should never ever even be associated with, then you want to forget that cosplaying is even a thing, much like I do

so cosplay is like halloween except with a lot more intricate costumes and not in october?
:S
does it matter what the costume is from?

I've been meaning to cosplay as so many things but there's bugger all around here for that sort of thing

But the amount of awesome cosplayers outweigh those people.

Pun intended.

i think cosplay is just really neat wow but i don't have the time, skill, courage, or money to actually make one
