Help should have a building and eventing childboard

So technical issues like being unable to host and issues like not knowing how to get a brick to change color without a spraycan aren't confused together.

I'd also like this because it would make finding things much easier (seeing as the blockland search bar is useless and I check the Help board every day in hope of finding a solution to my inability to host for all players..)

At least this way I can search through more topics without fearing someone needing help with eventing or something.
