Just because you're a CS major doesn't mean you know stuff about computers, haha. I'm a CS major and I understand it and im learning it pretty easily, I just never was able to get into it but having a structured learning of it has really made it easiet. Some other people in the major have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I have no Idea why these people went for CS honestly. Though they might be a Computer Security major but still its pretty much the same major except for like a semester.

They shouldn't be in the same category as Java, C#, and friends though (manual memory management, inline assembler, etc).
Yes they do. C and C++ are high level languages. I think that you should look at the definition of a low level language.

Low- and high-level are relative terms. C(++) has more abstractions than Assembler (not exactly a big feat), making it higher level than that, but is still lower than C#/Java/etc. To cite your own article, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-level_programming_language#Relative_meaning.

It's true, though at this point you have basically made your point moot. Because it's relative and basically highly opinionated, if the OP has a certain opinion and you don't, then neither of you are necessarily wrong and there is no point to change.

OP/Brian just copy-pasted it from Slicksilver555/Trinick.

That's irrelevant as the words themselves carry an opinion.

basically what i said
except more complicated?
replacing "quote" with "code" in the tags is not complicated

So uh anyone worked with natural language processing in Ruby?

Where does one get this
My garagegames account. I bought it back when it was relevant.

Also, I included machine code in the list to show more of the scale from scripting to machine code, not to imply that it's worth actually writing in it.

Is it still possible to get it?

I have emailed GarageGames asking if I am still bound to the Torque Game Engine EULA. Should they respond favorably, I will host the source code unless Badspot wishes otherwise.

Wait, how is Badspot able to oppose that?
He's only really able to oppose it being posted directly on the forums, which I don't really think would have any point or purpose to it. Just use PM's or Email.

Anybody know a good lua programming tutorial for beginners? I really want to learn how to program in lua .

No real point in keeping it private.
