Well it was built on a sticky swamp that no one wanted to live. Anyway I would assume it would have to equalitity and that the capital belongs to everyone and not one state.
And if you want to have the federal government more powerful than the state government you wouldn't let a state control the laws in the federal district.

Haven't they been saying this for years .-.?

all this crazy stuff is happening so fast :(

Make the flag in the shape of a star.  Problem solved.

I personally love the third flag option

...they are already US citizens?
They're already citizens. Anyone born in Puerto Rico is a natural-born US citizen, it's been that way for over a hundred years.

I'm handicapped

For some reason I am iffy on the Circular/Star design because the stars themselves leave large areas of blue that aren't occupied. There's not really a problem with that, but for some reason I feel it to be a problem.

I like the square design that the US has already, where the stars fill in the large majority of the blue.
I'd probably choose option A as it's the most reminiscent of the current flag, but the horizontal asymetricallity of it irks me too.

cnn is the biggest pile of stuff out of the piles of stuff. i honestly don't watch/read much news anymore just because of the fact that all of them are biased in some way.
