And this, Not really big, Maybe the size of a 2x2x5 Lattice, So it can be put on a 4x4 or 2x2 tower or something.

Despite its obvious usability ingame, a radio dish may be a bit too unBlockland like to be implemented.  The radio relay "drum" may be a a better suited Blockland addition.  Have you tried making a dish from bricks yet?

The 8x8 Dish would be nice along with a 16x16. But the 2x2x5 one would be too small to fit that equipment.
I was thinking double that, at least 4x4x10.

I am remembering now that someone recently made dome bricks, of which included a fairly large, shallow dome that could be inverted to create a dish.
