3. Something that spawns Neutral bots that work with Gamemode_Zombie, like the Ai Police, but with more of a "Civillian" look. Ill just use BotEvents

I'm not dealing with VCE... Its complicated.

A script would be just as hard, if not worse, trying to keep track of everything

VCE is literally what you're asking for, there is not really a more simple way of doing it other than changing the name of the events
