yes it is, mechwarrior online had to drop down a few versions because of instability and it gave me a boost of over 20 FPS at the same settings.

There's a difference between a game made by a third-party company on a third-party engine and a game made on the same engine that was made by the same company that makes the game.

not sure what you're trying to get at, the engine is not perfect and is badly optimised in the latest releases.
