Author Topic: having computer in noisiest room of the house #griffproblems  (Read 4268 times)

this has become increasingly annoying
my computer is in the livingroom for safety reasons, and the livingroom is probably the noisiest, busiest room in the house
so whenever im trying to listen to music all i hear is the tv (which is pretty much right behind me) or my dog barking or my mom talking
also its really difficult to type something coherent when you cant focus

anyone else have a problem like this

that must really suck when you're trying to talk to pe-

lol jks

Nope

My laptop got busted last month, and all i have is my vita

I have my computer in a high-traffic area of the house, but I still listen to music, type coherently, and talk to people while my parents are typically behind me. In fact, I looked at research while they were on the couch behind me. No forgets given. #superlenientparents

I can't use my sound, my aunt and her GF are sleeping behind me 90% of the time, and work from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
they BOTH have a dog and one wont stop barking at the slightest noise!
their TV is ALWAYS on and in my ears.
and a box fan literally 2 ft from my head.

And my mom would ground me a hundred times over if she ever heard me say the word "research" lol.

Oh, and I have my computer in my room like a normal person. :)

That's a good thing

If I'm in the living room using the my laptop my dad talking on the phone is so loud that it covers up my speakers on full blast when I watch Breaking Bad

i own my computer, so it's in my room, no problems.

rood

and i can understand if theres just some background noise and you can still hear stuff but when there is either A: 5-year-olds singing on the tv while the volume is turned up or B: a dog barking right next to your chair or C: people yelling then its really annoying
also everything in this house echoes
That's a good thing
the fricks this supposed to mean

sorry i couldn't hear you over my ability to talk to people using my voice
