I walk into the room behind that other dude and say, "Hi, my name's Zach Richard, but people call me Killer."

Mysterious nickname I think walking over to him "Well it is nice to meet you lets get out of here, before anymore undead show up, or worst" I pick up some of the things I dropped and head to the door.

Need someone to make me a better heading I don't want to be stuck with this.

Backstory
On July 24th, 2016, a nuclear missile strikes Houston, Texas, wiping out most living things in that area. This missile was long-boiling payback for what the States had done with the Manhattan Project in World War 2. During this time, the southern states were having trouble with Mexican drug cartels. The missiles turned North and Middle America into a desolate wasteland, with few survivors, however - they were not alone. A special version of the Cordyceps fungus made all the people killed in the blast reanimate into flesh-eating husks of what humans were. Everyone was afflicted by Cordyceps Delta, but it only turned you after you were killed. Eaten by a "zombie?" You become one. Killed by a bandit? You become one. Die of starvation? You're a "zombie" now. However, these flesh eaters weren't the only problem. Across the wastes of America are bandits, who will do whatever they can to get food, water, medicine, anything possible. You'd be lucky not to get a bullet in your head if you come across another human. Though the problems don't stop there. The remainder of the United States military maintains bases across the country, all branches of the military combined into one to fulfill one order - cleanse the US. With all of these problems and more, like starvation or feuds between survivors, life was different. More than different. You could say it was far from normal.

Survivor Base
Where the few reasonable survivors left in the area made a small fortress in an old town to hold off against the undead, bandits and the military. Bandits stay away, there are few undead, and the government hasn't pinpointed the location of the camp.. yet.

This is where all the orders for the local armed forces come from. It's well fortified with robotic sentry guns that target everyone without an identification chip on their person, meaning undead soldiers might get through. Keyword: might. The sentries kill anyone and anything that isn't one of their own on sight without hesitation.

Welp lets get back to rping.

As I walk outside I see a Military Truck pass by I quickly look for cover but to no avail, I am spotted and they open fire on me. I get inside as quickly as I can and close the door locking it aswell. "Guys...I think we might have some trouble, anyone got a good gun?"

I got my .44 and my Rifle, take the rifle, but Ill blow your brains out if you damage it!

Also, nice logo Navaro.

I snatch the Rifle and aim it out the window aiming for the drivers head, I pull the trigger, it hits home. The vehicle spins out of control and flips on it's side. I hand the Rifle back. "We need to make a run for it, before the surviving solders call for backup!"
