California is already working on getting rid of people smoking, by making the young stay the forget away from it.

If they would ban alcohol and Tobacco all hell would break loose, because lots of people who used it are addicted, they would start riots and stuff would happen.
That's why its being done slowly.

Also don't know if you guys knew but Marijuana not only Makes you act like a idiot over time of usage and hungrier, but it also increases the risk of Testicular cancer.
