Author Topic: 15 States of the United States file petition for secesion  (Read 3792 times)

Texas does have it's own power grid.

texas also has a provision in its state constitution allowing it to secede at any time if it wishes, it's the only state that does. so if texas ACTUALLY wanted to secede they wouldn't need to bother with petitioning the federal gov't. nvm i just looked it up and i think my us history teacher was mistaken lol XD

Let them secede. They can make their own union, fail miserably, then beg the government for help.

Drop New Jersey on Cali better yet!

I think it's funny you guys think Texas couldn't support itself. On it's own, it's the fifteenth largest economy in the entire world, it has tons of natural resources to export, and as a cool addition NASA is stationed in Texas.

California could be its own country.
