list all the mods and crap here, cause i figured out what was causing the problem. if the file hierarchy isn't correct, then srcds goes bonkers and it doesn't want to mount the file. reinstalling everything tonight and hopefully tomorrow morning (around 7-8AM CST) it should be up and running fully.

sorry, i haven't done anything like this so i should of tested it before hand...
