I wouldn't reply; those "repost if" things just get on everyone's nerves. Never mind, misunderstood the point by mistake (i.e. didn't realize you were a guy)

Depends on the girl. If she's into music, it's best to talk about music somehow. It is also important to consider how well you know said girl. If you don't know her too well, why not solve a problem by telling her that you would love to get to know her?

Blooker:
You could either wait for the right moment, or just straight up talk to her about it. I'm thinking something is bothering her that you're not being made aware of. Show her the initiative. She should appreciate that you care enough to ask her.
