Besides, a harpistol could be used for many things, like a battle underwater.

It could also maybe have a secondary fire that would pull the hit enemy towards the pistol into, say, a hole that they had overlooked in front of them.

these are actually pistol crossbows but they could work as a harpoon pistol

This would coincide nicely with a smoke bomb.
