Author Topic: Blockland crashes when I try to play - can I get my money back?  (Read 2556 times)

Never have I seen people post this frequently.
welcome to the blf.

Chances are its the shaders update that's loving with his comp.

Anyways, OP is a stubborn child who doesn't know what 'help' is.

forget it. I'm not fixing someone else's game. Stop posting.
were tying to fix your game. The problem is most likely linked to your computer so i suggest. . .
post your console log.
Here is what you do
Step 1.Start blockland again after it crashes come here
Step 2.Press additional options while posting
Step 3.Browse the file
Step 4.While browsing go into the blockland folder in my documents

Step 6.Browse that file and hit the post button

welcome to the blf.
We don't usually get so many posts so fast in a general discussion topic.

Edit: About 1 hour and already there's 50 whole, uncooked posts here!

Xaflu, are you going to allow us to help with this, or are you just going to forget about it?

I encourage you to fix this, Blockland is a great game.

"didnt work" isnt an excuse because you had the free demo. you would have known then if your comp was unable to play it

ive never heard of any player for any reason ever getting their money back. though i havnt seen anyone try before

i was just reading an argument between bolster, evar, and wound, but now its gone?

Ephi deleted it when it was moved.

If you E-Mail the Eric Heartman asking for a refund I'm sure he'd respond.
When I first bought this game I was accidentally double charged and had to ask to get the second fee removed.

And it was.

it's not the dev's fault when only one person is having problems with it

I bet he was gonna do this:
1. buy game
2. say its not working
3. get 20 dollars back
4. still have game, play the game!! :))

Try turning shaders off. Shaders can cause crashing on some computers (mine included)

It wouldn't work like that. Badspot would more than likely deactivate the key.

Anyways, the kid is too stubborn and if he doesn't want help, so be it.

He's not going to get a refund; not Badspot's problem. He said the demo was working, he probably messed something up or needs to fix something. He isn't willing to cooperate and try to fix the problem - not our problem anymore.

As Badspot once said,

A fine use of $20.
