Just cause 2 Glitch

So every time I load my game or restart a mission I get called and told I need to meet the factions but I'm already in Mercenary Mode.

Anyone got a idea how to fix this?

I never got in the mercanary mode even after beating the game. =(

Just Cause 2 Gets more and more broken the more you play it. I always saw it as a feature.
