What if a recruiter doesn't get back in, how can they vote when they're no longer a recruiter? Will they need 3/4 votes then?

Also, if one recruiter vetos another recruiter's application then people are gonna get biased meaning you loose almost all recruiters.

All applicants will need to submit their builds before a certain date. That date of course hasn't been given yet, but until then from what I understand you can.
