Why I personally dislike the general concept of Kickstarter
E-Celebs do something, sheep fans throw around money and get more or less scammed.
(Not saying everything on Kickstarter is bad though)

If people want to throw their money at something, it's their problem. Hopefully it's a quality game, but I'm not out anything if it's bad.

The General Concept of Kickstarter is good depending on how well you use it. The concept is fine and good for starting good products and people who dislike the concept have no experience on what its like to invent an idea or start a small business. But if you can't make a prototype that looks good like this game, why on earth should we bother to fund it. We should look less towards celebrity publicity stunts though and look towards the smaller people who want to make something bigger and are willing to work for it. In the end who profits? Both sides do, because the people who wanted a good product receive it, and the people who make it receive money for their work. But I guess it is true that some of the kickstarters on that site are a shot in the dark. Anything can happen really. But so far most of us here either agree or are not sure that this Kickstarter in particular will be a good one.
