It expanded upon your post and was one actual application of content delivery, which is a part of what CloudFlare does. I was explaining to Pecon in what situation it would be used by inferring what situation Pecon confused about wherein CloudFlare or a CDN is useful. Unfortunately, critical thinking is not one of your skills.
