It only updates when people connect to a server that's RTB enabled. You have to sample it to see what the current highest ID is. I'm waiting for the next RTB update, then at a time I see fit I will sample it by buying a key, deciding how much time to wait, and sampling again.

If badspot doesnt find it bannable, theres no reason for me to keep up with this.
