i hate people who already know what they're getting for christmas.

it's like they snoop around and find that their parents are giving them some 800$ thing, and then they have to live knowing that they'll get that item until Christmas, where they'll have to pretend they're really surprised when they get it.

in that case, it's just receiving a bunch of gifts because none of it is even a surprise anymore.

i started asking my parents for an average of how much money my main gifts would be worth, so i know i can get something i want and not accidentally ask for something to much and get nothing i REALLY want

last year my parents were complete richards and they fought because of stress and then there were police and stuff

No they give me the money I earned during the year and all I get from relatives and stuff and then I can tell them what I want to use it for
