It's the principle that matters.

Right now we do have evidence that you run around with a RP avatar that none of the admins and multiple players deem not serious. Whether we can see the face inRP or not is irrelevant.

Think as if we would dine at your place, stuff somewhere on the carpet, destroy/make the evidence extremly hard to get and then upload a photo of the stuff we took to Facebook. Same stuff, different time.
