Well that last statement (bold) I would keep you banned also. If you really want to be unbanned and play the game, instead of telling them to 'get their acts together' try something a bit more humble. You broke a rule, whether or not you know it, and need to understand this. Show them you understand and ask, kindly, for a second chance. Doing anything else isn't going to help because nobody is going to listen to a demanding person.

A sane person would of warned the person first, what should my avatar looked like to make it "good" for the admins standards? And what username should I of chosen?
