Scout is staying due to the sheer hypocrite stance you all have. The one reason you have for picking on him specifically for all I know is his new arrival. I'm going to say this blankly right now: Don't return if he bothers you that much. I don't appreciate hypocrites on my server. It's also the same people whining every time, which appears to mostly be the people who actually posted. Scout often tells me about all of you're whining and even provides with image evidence. People have been killed by him and don't even care in the events which are way less worse than my own.
Overall: Scout's staying and you can stop minging.
