I guess it's just on who you are as a person. You might come to really like someone in a lot of ways over time if they are right, amounting to a romantic love (don't rush anything, and don't let the partner pressure you to go too far in claiming a feeling of "love" that you don't reciprocate). I'm sure you probably know this, so I'll support it if you already think this way.
