co-worker linked me to this a few weeks ago, it's hilarious;

but on a serious note, staying in shape isn't difficult at all. don't eat a bag of doritos a day and alternate which arm you jack off with.

keeps your stomach at a minimum and your arms at a maximum.

You say that like there's no middle ground of just being strong and looking great

But aren't you one of those meatheads who drinks way too much milk every day?

Bonkers.

I used to be a lot more focused on my workout plan and diet, until I realized muscle + attractive face = attractive, whereas muscle + ehh face = try hard

Then I stopped giving two stuffs. Long as I can run a mile in under 5-6 mins and I can lift 100lb then I kinda just do whatever lol
I do have a really nice gym membership though.

I just do 40 push ups every other day.

Very true. Large muscles do not automatically make you more attractive; you need other components to back it up as well.

In response to Bolster, I guess, I didn't dismiss the entire practice of exercise. It has health benefits. I just mentioned the 'standards' that people have regardless of whether or not they technically have enough muscle (which is still debatable).

just take a martial art

you'll be awesome

Not really, I just like to exercise my legs.

Couldnt you focus on making your face more attrqctive too?

Seriously, just starting out here, will probably ask /fit/ for advice.

I run a lot, lift weights occasionally, and do sit-ups, push-ups, and crunches every day.

There's nothing wrong with drinking milk, but since you live in ass-backwards ville I wouldn't be surprised if your favorite soft drink is the blood of your enemies.

No offense.

I'm a high brown belt in Tae Kwon Do, and I do 20 push ups every other day. Yet, I am a saggy flap of blubber, and I don't know why.

There's nothing wrong with drinking milk,

Didn't say that ya silly tit.

except in PE, which i currently don't have and probably will never have :D

I have moderate acne that isn't easily treated. I wash my face 3 - 5 times a day, use different topicals, avoid greasy food when possible, and I have digested anti-bacterial medication.
Trust me, if I could fix the acne easily I would have.

However there is this one place I drive by occasionally... Something something acne treatment clinic... I've been curious about it and what they could possibly do. Next time I drive by I'll get the name and do some research maybe.

Back OT: I occasionally use a stair step machine in my dad's "man cave" and jog (or step..?) for an hour or two, overall I just don't want a gut haha

I don't have much fat to lose or mass to turn into muscle, I lift weights and do push-ups every other day and eat a balanced diet even though it doesn't do anything for me, just trying to keep what muscle I do have toned so that I can lift sofas and stuff when I'm asked to help out around the house :/
