I don't know if other schools use the same thing.

I don't see why Websense doesn't block all of Bl forums but when it does it calls it hacking or
"Adult material."

the computers at my school wont let me go on basiclly any site.

That's because you aren't supposed to go on those sites from school computers.

I remember when my advisory class had a sub (special ed advisory + ghetto school community + sub = stuff goes wrong), some kid used this extremely ghetto proxy to go on a girl research site.

I was using the computer to play Solitaire, and I had to look away!

Once there was a sub in art we all went on the computer, I found a proxy then we all played games and stuff, pretty fun day. In the send the sub was like ok guys hope you got tons of work done cya!
