You can still play once the game is beaten right?

yes

not sure why you'd want to though. the story was sort of the only thing going for it imo. not much for replayability unless you skipped past lots of stuff while completing the story. i'm just waiting for the dlc's i guess

i was hoping it'd be really moddable like skyrim

Well, once it's over i'm going to explore the hell out of the environment, hunt like crazy, and then use the map editor to make impressive underground bases.

I cannot wait to get this game.

Is there any splitscreen in it whatsoever?

seems like you're just overhyping it in your head lol

i loved the hunting but once you've crafted every item that you need it's a useless boring chore

I just like the way the animals act, it seems pretty fun.

One final question, thanks for sticking with me this long. :)

After you get the final armor upgrade of sorts do the injuries still happen?
Just curious.

final armor upgrade? injuries? what

you don't ever craft armor

there is body armor that you pick up, but that basically just adds another sort of health bar that eventually goes away with damage. as for injuries, i have no idea what you're talking about. you only have a health bar that takes damage, it isn't body part based or something. the animations you saw with the broken hand is just a crappy way of healing yourself when you have no medicine. it's kind of stuff now that i think about it

Oh, whenever i see someone playing they have some sort of long sleeved suit on. Is that the wingsuit just being there?

it's just a uniform you need as part of the story

Ah, ok. Well thanks for all the info. I tried to search is but all i could fins were forums with posts from before the game came out.

Thanks. :D

whatever the tribal lady's name is got a love scene
why didnt liza get a love scene

i wanted me some hote gal pal ass

on an actually related note, the wingsuit is so fun especially climbing to the top of a radio tower and flying down to a hill beside an outpost, marking out all the guys, and then whatever-the-hell the custom Z93's name is snipe 'em all.

so many undetected bonuses

also, when i do 1 more supply run i can get the final skill and become a master of the rakyat and the tatau. even though(SPOILER ALERT) i practically murdered their leader.

I love exploring the island and the temples.

bump with quote from the thread I just locked
This game is amazing, I wanted to get it cause I thought it looked alright, but when i started playing I was thankfully surprised.

This definitely wins for my game of the year. Both the single player and coop multiplayer are awesome. Me and a couple friends stayed up till like 2 in the morning playing the coop when we weren't really even planning on playing for long.
The single player is really cool and the island is loving beautiful. The characters you meet in the game all have a rich personality,  Vaas is especially hilarious and crazy. I can see myself pouring hours into this just exploring underwater caves and hunting down animals.
I haven't tried any of the competitive multiplayer, but I imagine its fun, though judging by how great the single player and coop modes are, the competitive multi is probably lacking in some areas, which is understandable. I don't normally like competitive multiplayer games anyway.

The Farcry series is one that has flown under my radar up until now, and I'm glad that I've found and embraced this game.

Argh, Jungle Run perk is so annoying. Your character moves as if he is running close to the ground, but the sound stays the same as if you were walking slowly. The immersion breakage is painful.

Ya, Immersion wasn't a high-point in this game I felt.
