oh god, please no.
This is actually quite scary, hypochondria has a 20% mortality rate so you should see a doctor as soon as possible and get vaccinated.

well what if I don't have it? i'd make me feel dumb.

My point exactly. I'm not as bad as you might think Dante. I'm not out to get Elecro, I know he's your friend.

Then I kind of feel this downward motion then into like falling. I then jump like I was electricuted and everyone in class looks at me, it's so embarrasing. What could this be?
That part is just normal sleep.

i'm weird about sleep
i'm always kinda tired all day (at least too tired to do anything active) and then at night i completely wake up and start pacing and running around and then i stay up because obv i'm not tired and then i get bored around 12:00 and i just go to sleep even though i'm not tired and it takes ages to actually get to sleep and then i get up around 8:00(or on some days i get up really really late because its cold and i want to stay warm) and then repeat
wow that was a big run on sentence

Actually, I'm pretty sure that he just has exploding head syndrome, which is pretty common (I've had it a few times), so don't rustle your jimmies just yet.
Basically, sometimes you can get interrupted by a huge booming noise/huge flash of light when you're about to fall asleep, it doesn't happen very often but a lot of people have experienced it.

So should I go get a sleeping test just to be sure?

No, it is perfectly normal for me, ever since I changed my sleeping schedule. I go to bed at nine thirty, and wake up at six. It all depends on your age though, you can get this if you don't get enough sleep.

Does my extremely high metabolism cause it?

Does my extremely high metabolism cause it?
No.

I already told you.

Get some real sleep

Nothing causes it.

Get a normal sleep schedule and follow it. In my experience, blocks of ~5 hours each are great. Caffeine is a great stimulant too, improving overall brain function and whatnot.

No.

Get some real sleep

It's probably the problem, I usually get about an hour of sleep due to issues with sleeping (I'm pretty sure).
