The thing thats still bugging me is how people think  Blockland is a rip-off of Minecraft.

1. Blockland RETAIL came out in 2007, Minecraft in 2011

2. Blockland is a Sandbox-Building game, Minecraft is more of a Survival type of thing.

3. Blockland has a variety of bricks, much like Lego. Minecraft doesnt have a selection that wide.


I think both games are cool. (but obviously I like Blockland alot better)

I also agree that we need videos with more actual gameplay.

I don't even think that the people downvoting and calling it a minecraft rip-off is the problem. The comment section of Blockscape was pretty bad too.

Gather up Blockland players registered on Steam (myself included) and say the same thing in general:
