I agree, though C&C 3 has a larger modding capability and runs on a fixed engine.(better shaders too)

The only thing I didn't like about Command and Conquer 3 was just the lore. In Tiberian Sun GDI had mechs and some tough looking body armor. In C&C3 you see GDI soldiers with olive drab uniforms and can be upgraded into less cooler looking armor. Also whats with the tanks, what happened to the Titans and Wolverines? Then NOD has a bunch of wierd looking stuff and their cool looking soldiers from Tiberian Sun are replaced a bunch of rag tag militants.  Also they killed off Slavic.

it almost fully restores TS in TW, but with some differences, it can't be perfect, and good.

Also, I have seen a few videos of CnC2 and I think driving away from the mechas and stuff as a little disadvantage, but not that bad. NOT AS BAD AS REMOVING BASES ASDFASDF.

I personally haven't played C&C 4 yet - can you name a few more reasons why it sucks ?

The ending to the campaign. Contains spoilers:

The almighty Immortal Kane who has lead NOD against GDI was just an alien who has been trapped on earth who just wanted to go home. EA was like forget the kane clones from Tiberian Sun, plot holes everywhere. The cinematics were cheesier than Red Alert 2's. Both endings end with you getting shot by some black bitch in a boring white and Kane either says Thank you or You are fragile and walks into a terrible looking portal that looks like it was drawn by a purple crayon. Then the cutscene after that is a news report with reporters saying that all the tiberian is gone and nod disapeered and that they question a guy who says "Kane is gone? Yeah right" in the cheesiest way possible. No one was trying to act at all that it made the movie Birdemic look like a masterpiece. Also C&C 4 they put zero effort in their cutscenes, nothing looks scifi and they just filmed stuff outside where we see cars from 2010 and normal stuff. Hell Tiberian Sun was more High Tech and gloomier than C&C3 and this abomination.

TL;DR forget you EA for killing Westwood and ruining the lore with your stupid writers like Hamburger helper. GDI WOULD NEVER SIDE WITH NOD!

Don't worry the last EA thing I bought was in 2007 and that was C&C3 and in 2008 it was the disc version of orange box.

The cd version was published by EA. Steam Version is all valve.

Renegade multiplayer was fun too.
