You guys should have it so non-RTB add-ons/saves/config files are downloadable, but the RTB add-ons have a link. It would save space.
Compressing the old files will also save space.
And this is not irrelevant.

The emails explicitly say all your files will be irreversibly deleted upon termination. We're going to look into preserving files and configurations upon termination for the future but that's the case right now.
Ah, sorry then. The e-mails go to my dad's account because I don't own a credit card.

Emails are sent to the email address you created the rtb account with - not a billing address or PayPal email or anything like that. Are you certain you've not received them?

Might be an abandoned e-mail adress by now, or that might be my dad as well.
I can't see it, but if it's something ending in kpnmail.nl it's no longer in use.

Either way, it's my own fault for not looking or changing the e-mail adress.

Great news from our provider, they've just dropped all Cogent connectivity and replaced it with 50Gb/s of Level 3 bandwidth. Whilst there's nothing wrong with connectivity at the moment, this should increase stability and decrease latency for the majority of players. Our network is now exclusively a blend of premium bandwidth carriers.

Woo! Better performance at the same cost, can't get any better.

RTB love.

:D

Sounds great, I might rent another three months now :D

What's the average ping of an RTB server now?

Brb going to save up for rtb now

if I had something to host I would be paying

removing people's access doesn't throw them out, they can keep messing with the server until they reload the page

The only things they'll continue to be able to do are use the console and server chat. Throwing users out of those two things is frankly a lot of work for such an edge case so it's probably not something we're going to be fixing any time soon.

Err, console access sounds like it can be pretty disastrous in the hands of someone who gave you a reason to take it away from them in the first place, even if it's just until they feel like reloading the page. Is there any way to deal with cases like that when they do happen?

You could try RTB_Hosting_CommClient.delete();, if they're the only one connected
Don't know whether that works though
