haha, had a good laugh.

I see this service is doing well. Is the demo panel all the features or just some?

The demo panel has all the pages available, although certain ones won't work fully such as changing the server key, resetting the server, shutting it down etc. for the sake of making it useful for other people trying to use the demo.

Oh cool. I get it now, thanks.

Any clients on our NY04 node, please be aware that this server went down at approx. 4am UTC due to a hardware error. Any servers online on that node will have been shutdown, but the node is currently online and stable. Datacenter engineers are currently investigating the cause and I will update when I have more information. As per our usual policy, any extended downtime will be compensated with a contract extension.

RTB won't let me register, it keeps saying I have to have the game open, but when I do, it acts as if it weren't there.

this is not the right topic to post this in. post it in the RTB Development thread in modification discussion.

A faulty RAM module in NY04 has just been replaced and the node is back online. I'll extend all NY04 contracts by 1 day later today.

Sorry for the inconvenience, please submit a ticket if you have any issues starting your server.

Any progress on the mobile site?

Really looking forward to it.

Are you guys working on something, or are you busy with other things?

Looking at purchasing the service, do you accept bitcoins?

We're looking at the mobile site currently and I have a few other improvements in the pipeline which I'll post about later.

No, we offer Google Wallet and PayPal as payment methods - two very easy, flexible providers.

Still waiting on that 'support ticket' response.

Well keep waiting. We answer and deal with issues when we're able to. You're paying $6 a month for a very high quality service - no need to get up in arms if you don't get a support reply within 24 hours.

There is this thing called patience.

There's a lot wrong with that statement. I get that you guys have lives of your own; though a choice of words is important, considering that a year of service would add up to more than the cost of the game itself: which I would gladly pay if it functions.

I can wait some time longer; but I get concerned when all I recieve is, essentially "hi".

Thank you for the fix.

Just to come back to the above, the initial response to the ticket was within 4 minutes and the problem was fixed and deployed in just over 24 hours - damn good support for $6 a month if you ask me.
