We've just recovered from a service interruption that caused both servers to lock up arising from some issues in the datacenter we use. After some quick diagnostics, both servers were power cycled externally to reduce the length of the disruption and bring services back online as quickly as possible.
Investigations into the root cause of this issue continue and remedial measures will be put into place shortly.
As with any service interruption, active clients will be compensated and details will be posted soon.
