yes you get to choose one of three teams and then make squadrons and carrier teams and etc etc

anyway im still able to teach anyone how to play as long as they have a trial / paid account

game is kind of boring flying alone, too bad legit everyone i see is 30 or older and that makes me uncomfortable if they want to be my wingmen
