Author Topic: New Start-a-Server GUI  (Read 676 times)

I'm honestly getting sick of the new GUI that came with v21. It's pretty confusing sometimes, and in general looks bad.

My request is, could somebody please make a GUI that overwrites the current clusterforget GUI? I would highly appreciate it.

do yo want it to look like the old one cause i'll be in faver of that to

I like the new one, another good thing is it goes well with Windows 8's Metro Look, one thing that many programs and games are doing now, if anything the server menu should be like this too and all menus.

Of course though next time it should be optional.

I don't really like the "Metro Look".   But I agree that, if Badspot is going with that particular look, he should at least include it throughout the whole game.  Otherwise it just looks mis-matched.

Also I have a gui replacer, but it just replaces the different graphics, not how the gui is organized.  + you have to set some folders to read-only to stop the launcher from screwing things up.

Damn, where's that GUI replacer? I haven't seen it in ages. I used it back in v18 and v19.

I would like the old one back...

I may not have Windows 8 but once you start to look at it you start to get used to the look and its actually really clean and well looking.

Now when you say start-a-server menu, and your reason for dislike being that it is too metro like, then why does it matter.  Within seconds of me starting a new Blockland session, I create my server.  I never look at the style of it.  If for you, you find you have to look at the formatting because of enabling addons, then I'd suggest you get RTB, which has many more features beyond addon enabling.
