I think it might be possible, but it would likely use special bricks, due to possible engine limitations.

Impossible.  There's no way I know of that would let you plant bricks on a platform AND move that platform around.

Well, vanilla Blockland uses a very different method of planting bricks.  It would not be possible to do this in retail.

Well....couldn't you mount DTS bricks onto the vehicle at mountpoints?
