takes one to know one
neither you or maxwell can drive, shut up

On my way home today on a more of back road, I saw a cop literally tailing the end of a pickup at a distance of about 3 feet, no exaggeration.

Keep in mind there is literally a mile of straight, empty road behind and in front of him.

A rabbit runs straight in front of the pickup, cop nails the back of him.  I didn't get the see the end results as I kept moving.
I don't know which is stupider, tailing 3 feet behind (probably trying to cheat on gas) or slamming on your breaks for a rabbit.

I didn't mean the insurance company charges you directly, I meant he'd have to pay a higher rate due to being an unsafe driver. Intentfully causing more damage over a slight collision would most definately make your rate go up, would it not?

i can't drive, idiot.
So, then his statement is correct. You can't drive.

i can't drive, idiot.
all that post did is emphasize the point of my post

neither you or maxwell can drive, shut up
whether I can drive or not is irrelevant

whether I can drive or not is irrelevant
let's assume, for a second, that I'm a mexican, and I call you a "wetback." do you see anything wrong with that

what are you getting at?

what are you getting at?
"takes one to know one"
implying that he can't drive (in what definitely seems like a derogatory way. at least, as derogatory as telling someone they can't drive can be), while you can't, either

That is the one politically correct scenario where "wetback" can be used. So, no, I don't see anything wrong with that.

i have never in my life seen a biker that follows road laws. they think they dont have to or something.

i cant wait till society breaks and riots. i will literally get a truck with a plow and just be mowing down roadside bikers left and right. i will go out of my way to hit them.
Well bikes are treated as cars, according to the drivers manual roads were origionally for horses and bikes(before the automobile was made). Anyway its illegal to go on the side walk for us, so some of us bikers tend to stay as far right as possible for the road beasts called cars. The majority though seems to act stupid and spend most of their time in the middle of the road or on the wrong side running stop signs. Unless you refering to motorcycles. Then yeah those guys are jerks.

Also I hate rubbing necking. Seriously who cares if there is an accident on the side of the road, don't slow down to see it, just drive by at a normal speed.

If it was his fault then definitely. Basically in any accident if it is deemed your fault you insurance rate will go up. But even if huge amounts of damage were caused, if the accident is not deemed your fault your rates wouldn't go up.

I see what you are saying though. Problem is, it would be near impossible to determine that more damage was intentfully caused. There would be no solid proof showing damage was intentfully caused, only proof of the driving violation.

Although it would be extremely difficult to prove, say it was proven more damage was intentfully caused like you were saying. The fault for the accident would be split into halves, meaning both drivers would see increased rates. But I'm pretty sure the person attempting to cause more damage would also go to jail for vehicular assault.

rig a dashcam to your dashboard, so when idiots like these try something, you can get them points on your license.

also im guessing you had your left indicators on when you were about to turn?

What the forget is wrong with the guy on the back, is he holding up a stuff?

Speaking of people who can't drive, I'm on my way home today and this handicap is going 15 miles an hour in a 50mph zone, so to avoid crashing into his ass I pass him, but when I'm starting to pass him he turns on his blinker and veers left and then honks as if it's my fault.
I think that was directed towards me. I was doing 50 in a 45 up until ~200 ft before I turned. Driver didn't try to pass me until I was about to turn. If you're calling me a handicap because of that, you have problems. I guess in your eyes, anyone who turns is a handicap.
