Banguns and Banwands are stupid, people can just dodge the bullets or you miss and you end up banning everyone till you ban the person you was after.

Or ban rocketlauncher with kick explosion radius.

Get hit = Permaban, far away from center is hour ban to 1 minute?

Also, I would also like a ban rocket launcher with a direct hit banning you for one hour, and radius damage kicks you.

As for banning, I'm not sure how to do it purely through the console.
That and I'm not sure how to integrate them in the RL script.
