Okay, let me get this straight.

Why does PEGI (Pan European Game Information) rate a cartoon game named Binding of Isaac 16?

Artstyle:

"The content of this game is suitable for persons aged 16 years and over only.
It contains: Realistic looking violence - Strong language"

Seriously? Realistic looking violence? This so called "Violence" Is enemies flashing red for a brief moment, and exploding into small pieces.

And strong language? There is no swearing, there is like, under 10% talk in the whole gameplay, exept the final boss what is his mother who speaks small phrases.

My God, what has pegi turned into...

I don't know why you're complaining about it anyway, ratings like that don't really mean anything unless you have sticklers for parents. and no other way to get the game
plus its not like you have to go to a store to buy it, so there isn't anyone, except the possibility of parents, stopping you from buying it.

in the binding of isaac you go into your mother's womb, blow up her heart, and kill/wear fetuses on your head

True, But i doubt it gives creeps to 12-year olds such as I am one of them, and well, It would be scarier if it wouldn't be cartoonish.
