Can someone make a mod where items cant be Shared But Dropped

And in that case, An addon adds things or modifies existing features therefore both would work if im correct.

Really? Seems to me like a modification adds on to the normal game.
This would be extremely helpful. Maybe have a PickupItems preference for the playertype?

And this is actually pretty simple.  You don't even need any extra scripts to make it work.  I think you can set item fade away times through preferences of some sort, and set it to 0 seconds.

What he means is that the items can be dropped as usual, but nobody but the owner of said tools can pick them up.

as in adding a variable for the owner's ID or something, and modifying the pickup function

Yeah, it would still be nice to allow the dropper to retrieve their item (for accidental droppings etc).
