I can have my legs completely straight and still touch my toes :D
standing up and sitting down :D

ive never been able to
at the beginning  of my health class last tri we had like these health tests, they check your bmi, how many pushups you can do, and you're flexibility

they have like this box with a ruler on it and you place your feet on the edge and see how far up the ruler you can get by reaching. all the girls got like 12

i got -2

I'm like a loving foot off when I try to touch my toes, I'm not very flexible, but I can bend my legs around in weird ways.

I can bend my fingers backwards until they touch my wrist, can anyone else?

I had to do that thing too. I also did really bad.
It's just wicked painful in the back on my knees when I touch my toes.

There is no waiting. Flexibility doesn't just happen, you have to practice.

Annnyyways, try doing it for about 30 minutes everyday, you'll get there.
