I am having some people script an anti-save that auto-kicks people when they try to save. Hbfv said that hes gonna upload it to rtb as soon as its finished.

Such a script is not possible without external programs involved (stfu ports and tomtoms)

Hb showed me his script, what it does is block the client-sided function for clicking on the "save" button, if it didn't do nothing at all because he coded it wrong.
If anything, that mod will prevent the host of a non-dedicated server from saving, noone else.

Badspot does not allow scripts like this. In badspot's words, starting a war with badspot, and he's the only one with nukes.

I forgot to say, uploading it to rtb will only get him banned from rtb, despite the mod not working.

I have also heard if you modify a very important piece of the game, like saving, It's possible you could get banned from the master server.
