I was hoping that someone could make these sounds into addons in the blockhead voice?

What is this "Blockhead voice" of which you speak? I might be able to do this, depending on what it is you're asking. :)

I think he means like, make the sounds high-pitched, like the death sound.

I should have been a little more clear, sorry. Basically, it's just a high pitched version of normal audio. Likethis one is the Fus-ro-dah from skyrim, but just in a higher pitch.
If you can make this, I would appreciate it.

I'll do it if I have time to get around to it. If anyone else is able to do this first, that's fine too; honestly, I don't know when I'd be a le to get this done.

Boi, if I can't do the audio converting/packaging for you, I'd gladly just tell you how. :)
