and second, the second amendment doesn't have that.

1) Dotdotcircle finds your most recent IP address.
2) He either IP pinpoints to your address or hacks your VoIP modem to get your phone number (if it's possible, and if you even have one). This process can be sped up with data-mining for your personal traits and social networking. A simple pinpointing of your birthday within the radius of where you live can make this process faster.
3) He then looks up your address to find the resident(s).
4) He then looks in your country's census for your relative information.

You know, I'm pretty sure he isn't installing elaborate spyware on everyone's computers, he's just scraping personal information from what you you guys post. I am by no means saying that what he's doing is right or anything, but if someone doesn't post anything personal they will become immune to any "dox" attempt, aside from the elaborate spyware mentioned above.

I have had an incident where a Blocklander posted my address. Badspot removed it. Contacting forum admins is the only way.

I doubt this guy actually has the info he claims to have, why?

1. He would need to stalk everyone in the forums, one member a day, which is next to impossible, not to mention creepy

2. By using info he has accumulated on the forums against a member, he risks being banned and charged with cyberbullying

3. Why would he want all that info anyway, that just makes him seem even more creepy, and puts him at even greater risk of being banned for security reasons.

Overall, i think this guy is lying though his teeth.
