Far Cry 3 was developed by Ubisoft Montreal (Canada) and Ubisoft Hong Kong (China)
Skyrim and Fallout are both made in the United States.
Assassin's Creed 3 is also produced by Ubisoft Montreal.

Also, technically speaking "west" is relative. Idiots think that "The Americas" are in the west, because they think the only "right" map is the Mercater Projection.
